

Dr. Stephanie Young Moss is a global leader in the menopause and midlife wellness movement, a seasoned pharmacist, and a passionate health equity advocate. With over 20 years of experience across pharmacy practice, health economics, regulatory compliance, and community wellness, she is reshaping how women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence, clarity, and culturally informed care.
Dr. Moss holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master’s in Health Services Administration with a concentration in Health Economics from the University of Wyoming. Her unique expertise bridges clinical knowledge with real-world health solutions that center women’s lived experiences, particularly in underserved communities.
She is the founder of Menopause in Color, a groundbreaking platform dedicated to educating, advocating, and empowering women of color through midlife transitions. Through international speaking engagements, national podcast features, and local media appearances, Dr. Moss is helping to normalize the conversation around menopause and ensure equitable access to care and resources.
Dr. Moss is also the founder of www. drstephanieyomo.com and Integrative Pharmacy Outcomes and Consulting, where she provides evidence-based wellness education and strategic consulting to communities and organizations focused on reducing health disparities.
